The Completely Cuckoo Theatre Company perform 4.48 Psychosis at Norden Farm, Maidenhead,  Its on from 9-12 Jun 2005.  After each performance the director and members of the cast- all drama students from Henley College- will be available to discuss the work.

Blasted in Brazil

The Brazilian version of Blasted opened in Jul 2004 and is still running.

It is translated to Brazilian Portuguese by Laerte Mello.  The director is Marco Antonio Rodrigues, set designer is Ulysses Cohn, and it is produced by 3 de Sangue Cia. de Teatro and Joana Mattei.

The cast include Laerte Mello (Ian), Joana Mattei (Cate).

4.48 Psychosis premiere in Bulgaria

4.48 Psychois Bulgaria

The premiere of 4.48 Psychosis in Bulgaria takes place on the stage of Drama Theatre "Stoyan Bachvarov", Varna on 3 June 2005, as a part of the programme of the International Theatre Festival "Varna Summer" 2005 - Bulgaria.

The play is Directed by Dessislava Shpatova with music by Emilian Gatzov and light design by Emil Hristov.  The cast are Snejina Petrova, Ivo Dimchev, Kaloian and Helene.

Gier (Crave) in Germany

Gier (Crave) is presented at the Bayerisches Staatsschauspiel München.  The director is Tina Lanik, translation is by Marius von Mayenburg and the actors are Marina Galic, Barbara Melzl, Felix Klare and Siemen Rühaak. Staging is by Magdalena Gut, costumes by Su Sigmund and music by Rainer Jörissen.

The premiere was on 3 June 2005 and performances continue to 28 Nov 2005.  Click on the images below for more details.

Theater Catalyst presents the Philadelphia premiere 4.48 Psychosis.  It is directed by Shannon O'Donnell and features Kristyn Chouiniere, Stacey Wylie and Amanda Schoonover.  Lighting design is by John Hoey, choreography is by Jennifer Schoonover and the stage manager is Tim Martin.

Its on from 2-22 Apr 2005, Mon- Fri at the Theater Catalyst's Playground @ the Adrienne.

Blasted in Greece

Sarah Kane Blasted in Greece Blasted will be presented in Thessaloniki, Greece on 14-15 Apr 2005) as part of a student festival.  It will be the first performed of Blasted in Greek.

Translation Athina Paraponiari, Direction: Spyros Gkelis, Actors: Dimitris Koureas (Ian), Antigone Fryda (Kate) and Spyros Gkelis (Soldier).  Original music: Elika.

Sarah Kane-Symposium: „Love me or kill me”:

Alle fünf Stücke Sarah Kanes werden im März an der Schaubühne zu sehen sein.  Während des Festivals zeigen wir „Zerbombt“ (R.: Thomas Ostermeier), dessen Premiere am 16. März F.I.N.D. 5 eröffnen wird, „Gesäubert“ (R.: Benedict Andrews) und „Gier“ (R.: Thomas Ostermeier). Darüber hinaus veranstalten wir während des Festivals ein Symposium, das dem Werk von Sarah Kane gewidmet ist. In verschiedenen Gesprächsrunden diskutieren Regisseure, Bühnenbildner, Schauspieler, Theaterleiter und Kritiker aus England, Australien und Deutschland über ihre Erfahrungen mit den Stücken der erfolgreichsten britischen Autorin der 90er Jahre.
