Characters	Three characters. Ian, Cate and the soldier. Plus a baby. Ian is described as 45, Welsh born but lived his life in Leeds. Cate is described as 21, lower middle class Mum and Dad represent what Les, Mike and Sylv will become if they do not escape their surroundings. Sylv is the only one who will escape.
